"CDW is a great place to work! I recently became a new mom and they were very accommodating throughout my pregnancy to delivery and when I returned to work. "

"CDW recognizes that you have commitments outside of this company. This is important because whether you have children or not, the company encourages a balance that caters to you individually. CDW is an amazing corporation that allows each person to be their genuine self. It is also a company that is caring by routinely giving back to local communities through fundraising efforts and volunteer availabilities that may have a deep-rooted meaning to you personally. CDW sponsors periodic friends/family events at local museums and/or kid friendly establishments that is such a terrific way to create a memorable experience on your time."

"CDW is very dedicated to reaching out to women in technology as there is still a huge shortage overall of women in the IT industry. By actively participating in organizations and events to promote CDW to women as well as minorities, I am proud of my company for being aggressive about it."
