"If you're planning to have a baby, stay away! Maternity and paternity leave policies are both terrible. CDW only provides the bare minimum 12 weeks FMLA and only 6 weeks of it are paid."

"I've been here 15+ years and have seen the company, leaders, and coworkers evolve in ways I never thought I'd see. The company treats coworkers from all backgrounds equally and everyone will always have a fair opportunity for growth and promotion, but you have to work for that opportunity and grab it when it is in front of you. There may be other companies that offer more in the base salary or more in the bonus packages, but I stay because of the culture, because of the soft benefits, because of the network of amazing people I've built and because of the security blanket that comes with working at CDW - I feel safe, comfortable and appreciated in ways that don't show up on a pay stub which for me matters most. "

8 Weeks Paid | 4 Weeks Unpaid
"Up to 5yrs with the company primary caregiver gets 6-7 weeks paid as well as however many sick/vacation days you like after that. 5+yrs with the company and the primary caregiver gets 8 weeks paid leave. Non-primary caregivers are offered 2 weeks paid leave within the first 6mos of birth (or placement in case of adoption). There are also NUMEROUS resources for during and after pregnancy. "
