"I feel empowered to try new ideas, implement new programs and test my hypotheses on a daily basis. I feel like my job is enriching and that I have the opportunity to impact others' lives in my role. I love that CDW gives all its employees a voice, and I look forward to going to work every day!"

"act like a man if you want recognition and equal pay - throw and/or bounce the toy balls the vendors give out as much as possible, talk obnoxiously loud about your biggest deals so that everyone within 50 feet can hear you; and laugh at the unfortunate souls that don't happen to be you. Oh and brag as much as possible about your mansion, your boat and your maserati - again obnoxiously loud so as many people as possible hear you. Then hit them in the head with the vendor balls."
