"It avoids the "bro" culture so common in other big tech companies. I think the biggest perk is how flexible they are with hours/wfh. Finally, the CEO has recently added multiple women to his leadership team which is great to see."

"It's crazy flexible - unless there's something I really need to be in the office for, I can work from home whenever I want. I also usually leave early to avoid traffic and finish the day from home."

"I've heard positive feedback from women about being able to take time off following the birth of a child. I've also known women to have job security upon their return from maternity leave, which is also a plus! "

"I can't speak for all of Cisco, but in my experience, the flexibility comes with the trust you cultivate with your manager and the ability to get your work done. Of course, expectations change with each position, however, I've always felt I got the flexibility I needed to balance work/life responsibilities. "

"People genuinely care that your personal life is happy and comfortable, whether for you that means friends, significant other, or children. Generally, if there's some flexibility they can offer to improve your situation, it's given without question."
