"Is Cisco perfect? No. But they acknowledge that and actively work on it - focusing on pay parity, diversity in tech, holding events like Girls Power Tech, etc. I can't be prouder of the diversity of our executive team. I've worked at a lot of companies where it's clear that they are doing things to check a box. Cisco really cares."

"There will be gender pay gap, and difficulty earning respect and having a voice if you are in engineering. In engineering, there will also be difficulty in getting promotions. There are no women in leadership roles above first line manager in my organization of 400."
