"Great benefits, flexible work arrangements, and generous parental leave - not to mention career mobility. The work can be complex due to the matrix-like structure but management is supportive of these challenges and appreciate employees who make valuable contributions. "

"Work life balance at Citi was great, especially as a new mom. I was able to work remotely 2 days a week, and adjusted my schedule so that I would come in earlier and leave a bit a earlier."
