"Work/Life balance is supported, when I had to go out of town for my grandmother I was able to work remote, allowing me not to use vacation time. Also, the vacation time is very generous, allowing me to go out of town and have time to take days and stay home also around the holidays."

"My immediate manager is very supportive however the rest of the management team is totally out of control, does whatever they want, makes up policies when current policies don’t fit their agenda, have had a minimum of 20 complaints over the past year and we have had no change, they have had no consequences. "
