"Find the right place for you. There is no structured career path once you're above a certain level, so you have to create one. If you don't like to network, this is probably not a great place for you."

"Flexibility for me is good, but again, that's a function of the group I'm in. I see very little separation between work and home life, and the requirements of clients often take precedence over someone's personal priorities."

"The employer is friendly and understanding but the benefits arent great. There are a total of 10 days of paid time off available per calendar year and you need to use that in the 12 months period. No Maternity leaves so decide accordingly if you plan on having child."

"Flexibility exists in terms of hours but not in terms of the entire model where you need to work with offshore teams on off hours many a times in the middle of the night. There is no Maternal leaves and if husband and wife work together in same company they cant take fMLA together for same reason."

"I am not a parent yet but there is no Maternity Leave that the company provides currently. The employee has to take FMLA and if she has Shirt Term Disability Insurance then that pays for a portion of salary during this period. The medical plans are good but leave related benefits aren't"

"The company is very family oriented and provides a provides a good work-life balance. It is constantly growing so there are always new challenges and never a dull moment!"
