"Little work-life balance. They would rather someone leave than help relocate someone to help a family situation."

"If you're thinking about working for Cognizant, ask questions about what your particular department can do to make your hours flexible as well as their leave flexibilities. Cognizant's leave policies do not align with other major technology company leave policies."

"If you are an employee who works with teammates across other timezones, you can forget about flexibility. You are either on 4am-7am calls or 8pm-10pm calls multiple times a week."

"As a woman empowered there is opportunity for upward mobility. The most senior leadership is predominantly men as is the sales/account teams. "
