"It is an awful culture for women. Maternity leave is only 7 weeks paid. Just sad."

"The client is king at Cognizant. If you're in a client facing role you could be asked to travel and be in front of the client at any point. It's exhausting. However, working from home is the norm so that provides a lot of flexibility."

"Although they have indroduced 9 hour time in office as mandatory, I can reccommend this to women here to apply.Not much of work load if under right project."
