"Depending on the group you work for, you could have a very positive experience or not. The overall culture is very entrepreneurial which is appealing to a great deal of women, but it comes with the challenge to be able to navigate through high ambiguity. It is a very Asian male dominated organization which could bring challenges in the way business is conducted at times. "
