"Expect long hours and unachievable standards. The company does not do a great job at training their associates so expect to education yourself on industry trends on your own time. The company allows flexible work hours and support functions and leadership want to do the right thing, however may not be able to implement as quickly to be up to par with the industry standards. "

"It's not a great place for women to work. HR is for developing technical talent - not for employee advocacy. Some men treat women very unprofessionally and there's no structure in place to change that."
