"For the most part, my Resource Manager, Team, and Company are very flexible and understand work-life balance. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that supports a flexible work schedule.

"Choose and demand the role that you will fit in the most, so you dont have to stretch your working hours later - if you are at the stage of your life where work life balance is the top most priority.
Most of all - learn to say "NO, I cant" and "YES, I can" as appropriate. "

"I wish my employer could give a break if the new mom couldnt recuperate well in 12 weeks of federal and state approved maternity leave.
Some moms have sickness that doesnt necessarily warrant a doctor's certificate to be away from work.
I really wish my employer could do something about extending maternity leave in the US.

"Depending on the team you join, Cognizant is very flexible. They support working remote; though not initially and are understanding of your needs "
