"It is bare bones but at least it is something. I was treated poorly however both when I announced I was pregnant (removed from a project) and after I returned (questioned by senior leadership about my contributions though I have been a consistently high performer). The second was especially shameful because I had taken the minimum number of weeks - after a c-section in order to return and had only been back 2 weeks when my job was directly threatened by a male VP."

"It is a pretty good place to work overall, but the culture seems to promote that you need to work a lot of hours and be available at any time."
