      "Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. If you want to get noticed and grow within the company, you have to make yourself seen. This is not a company you need to feel worried about it being a "man's club". The company does make a conscious effort to equally recognize women and men."

      "I was hired solely are a remote worker. I am not located anywhere near a physical location. Since I was hired, the company began the process of bringing employees back into the office. Those of us who were hired as remote workers not near a physical location are staying remote with no expectations of coming into an office; however, all new hires are expected to maintain the current hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote a week. I feel I have significantly more flexibility than the employees who go into the office."

      "I have spent my entire career (20+ years) in the financial services industry, and prior to coming to Computershare, every company felt like an "old boys club". I always felt disadvantaged and that I had to work twice as hard as my male counterparts in order to get half the recognition. However, I have never felt that way at Computershare. I feel respected and valued, and I have never felt that my gender was a factor in recognition or opportunities. "
