"Cornerstone is a highly inclusive culture, one that allows people to bring their authentic self to work. While not perfect, our leadership team is constantly striving to find new tactics which encourage diversity, equity and inclusion. During this period of remote work, our leaders have encouraged us to allow our children to hop on our laps during web calls, leave meetings abruptly to attend to our children, and flex our schedules to accommodate the needs of our family. We have strong female representation on our executive team which is so helpful for women at all levels. "

"I have been with CSOD for 12 years and can't imagine working anywhere else. I have been able to experience multiple positions and have always been supported in my career decisions and job changes here. I truly enjoy my teammates and I love the culture of the company that I have seen grow and change incredibly over the past decade. I can honestly say I love my job!"

"It has always been a fast-paced and exciting culture, with many opportunities for those who wish to pursue them. Certain parts of the company/jobs offer more flexibility than others, but overall - especially since pandemic hit - there has been a meaningful attempt to encourage wellness and flexibility when possible."
