"Starting out, I think it was obvious that women are supported here at Cornerstone, through policies as well as a good amount of female representation in leadership positions. However, I love that Cornerstone recognized it could be doing even more to support its female employees. We have welcomed new women leaders to the executive team, and during the pandemic, there has been a concerted effort to ensure working moms (and dads!) have the resources and flexible schedules to get their work done and be full-time parents."

"The new leadership is revamping how things get done. Also, they are listening to what needs to change for real equality to happen at all levels. Our new Executive team still has work to do but woman are beginning to matter here in a significant way. "
