"As a woman leader, I rarely feel my voice isn't being heard. It's easily the most respectful and culturally "woke" place I've worked in tech from a female perspective. We've also taken steps into making DEI a focus in our hiring and promotion practices, so that the inclusiveness becomes and inherent part of our DNA."
