"Working for CVS health corporate is different from front store. Corporate offers more flexibility but there can be A LOT of meetings and shifts in priorities in some departments, like mine (product development)"

"This is a very large, complex organization. Much of your experience will depend on where you work in the org. but I have found that the majority of people are nice and want to help. There are abundant opportunities for growth and movement across the company, but the organization can be siloed and hard to navigate. Find a good mentor within the org. "

"Very large, impersonal corporation. Working environment is very dependent on immediate management team and peers. There seems to be a disconnect between the values the organization stresses are important versus the retail and pharmacist experience. "
