"Each department is different, but speaking of my own department there is very little flexibility. Have to use PTO hours to pick up your kid, when you don't even get a lunch break. Always have to be available even when you're on vacation. Work around the clock for a job where a lot of departments you interact with are miserable."

"It can be really great, but upper level management is too involved. The team is also SO lean that you feel like you can never accomplish anything"
