"Overall, I see senior female leaders supporting more junior female colleagues here. Female colleagues are equally appreciated as male colleagues. There are people that are smart and good collaborators. But watch out for some exceptions that are not necessarily team players. "

"I don't recommend being a store manager for this company. You will be the only salaried employee in that building. Corporate cuts your payroll to the level that the only way to get all the work done is for YOU to come in on your own time, and for no extra pay. It doesn't matter how good you are at managing your time, you will constantly have to choose between working for free, or not getting important tasks done. "

"There's a certain amount of flexibility, due to the fact that they are open long hours 7 days a week. With that being said, while it may be easy take a morning off to go to the doctor, expect to work very long hours, and miss many holidays with your family. "

"When I took maternity leave, I received a week of sick pay, and then had to use disability at 60% of pay, then I went the rest unpaid. They have a terrible policy that prevented me from using my vacation time while on maternity leave, so actually had to give back 60 unnused vacation hours at the end of the year because they wouldn't let me apply it toward my maternity leave. I couldn't use it after I came back because my store was in such terrible condition that I had so much work to do. Not to mention the regional manager came in 2 weeks after I came back and expected the store to be perfect. "
