"I worked as a contracted employee for several years, then was hired. Absolutley loved all my positions except the last one, but stuck with it. I wanted to be on the install team and did do a few, but not when the new system came out. Basically a very good company to work for. Male dominated management, but does seem to be bringing more women up."

"It can be challenging to be in such a male dominated work place. Women do have to work extra hard and take initiative but it is noticed and rewarded."
