"Delta Dental is a great place for women. We are 70% woman and 57% are in leadership roles. Delta Dental listens hard and is always looking for ways to support women in the workplace. A great place to develop and grow. "

"Delta Dental Ins. really seems to care about their employees. They've been very flexible throughout the pandemic with providing emergency time off, flexible hours and remote work opportunities throughout the organization. "

"Delta Dental offers amazing benefits and truly cares about you as an individual. Each job will be different in regards to the balance and time of year- but it is preached here that they WANT us to take time for ourselves and families come first."
