"8 weeks of paid parental for the mother, parent, adoptive parent. Disability time based on state, usually 6-8 weeks for birthing mother is fully paid. Surrogates receive their disability time fully paid, no bonding time. So birth mother could have up to 16 week of paid maternity leave. "

"I've never worked anywhere before that is as supportive as Delta Dental when it comes to family priorities and general concern for my wellbeing. I would definitely recommend Delta Dental Ins. as a place to work to anyone!"
