"I feel that working at DD is a wonderful opportunity to join a community. Even though I work remotely, I feel a strong sense of community, diversity, inclusion and belonging. There are Teams groups that you can join to feel connected, there are also Live Well groups where you can connect and compete against one another. The company also does a good job of making sure we know what's happening outside company walls- in the world, and how DD is part of that. Great company!"
