"Delta Dental does a good job to really remind and encourage you to take your PTO time off. We are also encouraged to take time during our work days to get a walk in or some kind of exercise. Most of the departments will allow you to take the time to pick up/drop off your kids at school/games/events, and come back to work. I think we do a good job at making sure our people are not working to the point of burn out."
