"Delta Dental does a good job to really remind and encourage you to take your PTO time off. We are also encouraged to take time during our work days to get a walk in or some kind of exercise. Most of the departments will allow you to take the time to pick up/drop off your kids at school/games/events, and come back to work. I think we do a good job at making sure our people are not working to the point of burn out."

"Delta Dental Ins is a wonderful place to work because they care about you as a person, not just an employee. Work /Life Balance is phenomenal and the benefits are very hard to beat. Free Dental/Vision, adoption/surrogacy and infertility benefits along with health benefits make Delta Dental Ins an amazing place to call home! "
