"No paid maternity leave. Better if you have only brothers so you’re used to male relationships, you will be 1-5% female unless you work in HR or marketing."

"This is the tech industry, it is still dominated by males, with the majority of those males older and white and with an old-school mindset when it comes to work. While we are seeing a slight shift away from the "boys club", you can still see that the vast majority of our leadership are males, and mostly white. The only women who get ahead here demonstrate aggressive personalities in order to get their seat at the table."

"Specific to the corporate and satellite corporate office (Meridian and Riverfront)- After forcing all employees to come back to the office full-time in mid 2021, the CEO came out with a slogan "help me say yes" regarding individuals asking to work from home on emergency basis only and hoping their manager will "say yes". That, in addition to the "core hours" policy of you must be in the office between 9-4 or 9-5 at a minimum each day leaves no room for flexibility. If you are looking for flexibility this isn't the place for you."

"My manager never is at work so they do not know what I do and much less do they advocate for me at all, even though I am a very tenured employee (10+ years) in the company."

"Never have I experienced more opportunity than at DISH. There are opportunities to do something meaningful to you; to manage yourself autonomously; to grow and develop and even change roles; to make an impact beyond yourself and as big or small as you want; and opportunities to connect. While some of our policies may be a little old fashioned right now, but they've shown the capacity for change. I fully believe we're developing towards one of the top employers for people of any background, orientation, or status. "
