"I've been working for DTCC for the past year and I love it. Admittedly I am part of a Marketing Events team, but we actually have a team of only women and only women in leadership positions."

"I have only worked here for about 10 months, but from my experiences so far I can say that DTCC is truly an inclusive place to work. There is no question that women are treated equally and respected as strategic decision makers. I hope to work here a long time."
