"It is a great place to grow your career as a female. Eaton has a great work life balance, which is wonderful for the female that wants to have both family and career. "

"Join Eaton! I have been with Eaton for over 9 years and have had such a rewarding experience. I even changed career paths and had the support from my manager and peers when making a lateral change. I feel supported by my peers, my manager and leadership. Definitely recommend Eaton for building a career"

"It all depends on who is your manager to help you succeed. work life balance and work flexibility is not consistent, it all depends on who is your manager. Work place is not very supportive of parents."
