"Join Eaton! I have been with Eaton for over 9 years and have had such a rewarding experience. I even changed career paths and had the support from my manager and peers when making a lateral change. I feel supported by my peers, my manager and leadership. Definitely recommend Eaton for building a career"

"It all depends on who is your manager to help you succeed. work life balance and work flexibility is not consistent, it all depends on who is your manager. Work place is not very supportive of parents."

"I have worked for Eaton for 13 years in several functions, different locations, and all within the US. I have had some of the most amazing experiences and have grown into my best self; in large part; through the experiences that I have had with this company. There is still work to be done, but as I reflect on where we are now, I know how far we have come as a company. If you have drive, ambition, and a desire to win in a company that focuses on leaning in with each other, bringing your best self to work, and integrating how you work with how you live, then I believe you can find what you are looking for with Eaton."

"Under our policy, after short term disability is finished a birthing mother can take an additional 6 weeks of paid leave off and a non-birthing parent (male or female) can take 4 weeks off paid. The time has to be taken off 1 week at a time and is available to an employee for a full 12 months after the birth of a child. "
