"Eaton is a great place to work overall. Flexibility is good but highly dependent on manager and location. Leadership understands the value of inclusion and diversity but still has work to do in “walking the walk” not just “talking the talk”. Same goes with flexible work options. They aren’t handled fairly across the board. "

"There are opportunities for learning here, but it is very much a male country club atmosphere. Men and women are not perceived equally and it is evident within the staff and the roles for which men and women occupy. There was little to no female managers and no mentorship from senior leaders for students. Everyone seems pretty set on maintaining their status rather than helping others and growing together. "

"The diversuty of female hiring and senior level female leaders are greater than most of the companies in industry. We also have our own WAVE group(Women add value in Eaton) for supporting women's growth here as well."
