"Be very ambitious; do not let yourself get pegged for lower level job responsibilities, esp. long term. You will have to assure that you get challenging and visible work as well as that you are fairly paid for it. Do not expect the management to automatically assure you these things. "

"Great place to work! There is always room for improvement at any company, but overall we are making progress. I would like to see the company be more transparent regarding Diversity & Inclusion metrics and goals, particularly in our quarterly and annual recap/updates. Starts from the top down! "
