"At least in my division the leadership team talks a big game about how many women they promote to leadership roles, but when it comes to company culture it is very heavily male centered. A lot of focus in the diversity and inclusion group for women is put on male allies and how women's issues will affect them. This is something that I think really needs to change in the company. If there is going to be any shift in company culture I think that the focus needs to be on retaining female employees and making it a safe and enjoyable place to work, so that in the future the company will be more welcoming to women.
