      "Ecolab is constantly striving for improvement, especially in the areas of D&I and equity. There is still some work to be done, but the company is making good headway. Overall, it's a great company to work for and offers terrific benefits. "

      "Ecolab does a lot to promote inclusivity and equity for all employees including those who identify as female, people of color, GLBTQ+, and differently-abled. They benchmark their pay equity using an independent third party, they host workshops and networking events specifically aimed at women, have supportive HR policies including flex-time and work-from-home policies (which they have had for years), paid family leave (maternity, paternity, adoption), and nursing support. They have many women in highly-visible leadership roles throughout the organization including several division GMs and executives including the C-Suite."

      "There are many women in leadership positions at Ecolab, though I do think there is some room for growth in that respect. I feel very supported by the people around me- everyone takes responsibility for their work, everyone is invested is helping each other, and I feel secure that my team and managers have my back- including the head of our department telling an admin that the way she was spoken to by a client was rude and unacceptable, that if that's how that client behaves they aren't going to have a relationship with Ecolab, and to give her that number so she can call them and set some things straight. This is the healthiest work environment I've ever had. "

      "There's a lot of talk about people moving around to different roles within the company to gain new experiences, and many people do, but I'll be honest: it's mostly lateral moves. There's not much opportunity to advance into technical leadership roles for women because these positions don't "move around" like junior-level roles do. I also think this company has good intentions when it comes to diversity and inclusion efforts, but I just don't feel it down at the bottom of the ladder and I can't wait around for a more inclusive culture to be adopted."

      "I have yet to have a manager capable of giving me constructive criticism. I am a person eager to learn and I have asked directly for this many times. While my managers mean well, they just don't have the interpersonal skills to navigate that kind of conversation. As a result, I feel like I'm not *actually* cared about."

      "Working at Ecolab as a woman is absolutely wonderful! I have always felt that I have been treated equally, fairly and have felt comfortable. I love that Ecolab is always striving towards being the best out there and will not stop until they are. Ecolab has received the Forbes "Best Employers for Women" award and is focused on obtaining other awards that are focused on woman. I can truly say Ecolab is a company that is extremely welcoming and fair to everyone out there."

      "Ecolab is a male dominated company. Leaders are pushing for a more inclusive workplace but they lack the ability to help lower levels of the organization understand the value. The HR team does not have the creativity or influence to create meaningful change with policies or culture. Unfortunately many of the HR leaders are women who are competitive and lack inclusive values themselves. The company is investing in branding to help portray the desired state of diversity of the workforce, but don't be fooled. A lot of change is needed before Ecolab is a place where color, gender, style, thoughts are all respected equally. "

      "Our purpose is very motivating, and it attracts smart, passionate people who work hard to make a difference in the world. Just like any company that's grown both organically and through M&A, Ecolab is constantly evolving... the good news is that our leadership is, too. From my vantage point, I get the feeling there is genuine desire to not only be the best for our customers and shareholders, but for our employees, too. There's a lot of pride in how we go about doing the work: ethically and in a way that includes everyone. "

      "Although Ecolab's senior leadership is predominantly men, the company is making significant strides in diversity and inclusion. During my on-boarding process, I was pleasantly surprised with the incredibly diverse group of incoming candidates. Important changes are being made and the 'boy's club' traditions are fleeting. "
