"Solid benefits but not the best. Different groups have different cultures, some better some worse. Lots of brilliant female leaders. Employer is shy to promote people, often times people look to leave to progress their career."

"EA has a wonderful on-site day care (if you are lucky enough to get a spot), they expanded their parental leave last year, a Women's Employee Resource Group and other woman-powered groups kicked off last year, women support other women here and so much more!"

"I occasionally (every few weeks) encountered subtle racism and sexism in dialogues with colleagues and managers while working at Electronic Arts. It was more evident when looking solely at who was promoted vs. not promoted."
