"This Company truly cares about their employees' wellness and work-life balance, as well as their opinion. There always is some kid of an opinion survey almost every week. Each employee's voice is heard. There is also a weekly OfficeVibe survey which provides constant feedback and pulse for the team and is reviewed/responded to by ALL levels of leadership. "

"Having a female CEO makes us a female-friendly organization. Full flexi-work enables us to create time for ourselves, family and work. Work life balance is at the forefront at Elsevier. Benefits are female friendly as well. Female leadership training is a key initiative at Elsevier. The ability to work from anywhere in the world is a bonus too. It's an environment where great and meaningful work are rewarded regardless of your gender. "

"Female leadership training is now in focus in the company. It's a great place for you if you have children and cherish the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. Wellness and wellbeing are at the forefront. Benefits are great too for all, especially women. "

"Elsevier has a pay gender gap of 37% in the UK - more than twice the industry average. In the UK, it is mandatory to report such numbers. The leadership team knows how to "talk the talk" but they don't walk the walk. They don't seem to truly believe in the role of inclusion and diversity on improving the bottom line - they think it's just the latest HR fad. They're one of the worse companies as far as inclusion and gender equity is concerned. "
