"Equinix's forward looking movement towards intersectional equality is demonstrated in their messaging, but also in their actions. Changing the structural inequities takes time, but Equinix has been striving towards diversity, inclusion, and belonging for quite some time, and there is evidence everywhere."

"I came to Equinix 9 yrs. ago after taking some time to stay home with my kids. Equinix has given me the opportunity to have a flex schedule to help accommodate my kids schedule and that's very important to me."
