    I would say to our Ericsson leadership - listen more to those around you that are enthusiastic and really want to make a difference within Ericsson, regardless of their age or gender.

    Maybe. As a younger woman, I feel I don't receive the recognition that either younger men, or older women, get within Ericsson. I would like to see more recognition for those women who are younger but are good candidates for RHP (rapid high potential).
