"Thsi place is not spoken about but its super inclusive. Its a fair place where output and imapct is recognised vs hours of work. Women hyere leave early, leave on time and no one raises a brow. Eevryone is super suppotive of parental duties and accomodate hours/ work to meet those needs.
Flexibility is given to all without an implication on promotion/ growth.
Its hard to find a flexible and supportive place like Ericsson."
