"They can be really great in what they say about how they want to promote diversity and some managers even do. However, there is a clear disconnect between the Swedish egalitarianism that they try to purport and the realities of working for a global tech company in the US. Additionally, they lack female leaders in the areas that they consider their core business, ie Engineering, Sales and Operations. "

"This is an absolutely great environment for women! There are so many women here in leadership positions and more are constantly getting promoted. There is also so much recognition given to women where it is deserved. I would highly recommend this company for women!"
