"It is a high growth organization, and very sales and results driven. If you want to grow with the company, this is #1 and it is important to network, network, network. There is not a ton of diversity in terms of senior leadership, and it is common for male leaders to have wives that are stay-at-home, which can impact their perception of women in the workplace. "
