"I have worked a 4 day week for the last 12 years and I have had 2 promotions in that time which makes 3 roles that I have had in GE that were advertised as full-time & I was able to convince them that I was the right person, still on a 4 day week"

"GE Vernova is a great place to work, man or woman. GEV is a high energy, problem solving focused organization. I always feel blessed when I hear horror stories from my friends about their work environments. At GEV leaders want the best people on their teams which creates a lot of opportunities for women and men."
