"The unlimited PTO is great! I have had more than my share of medical issues this year but my manager (also female) is very supportive. She is the first to say that you come first and the work will be there but you only get one YOU. Now, don't get me wrong, I work very hard but I love my job and I am given lots of opportunity to grow and work on projects that I am passionate about. Overall, GE Vernova is an awesome employer of choice and any person would be lucky to work here."

"My work life balance is outstanding, unlike any job I have held in the past. Compensation, bonus structure, ability to move laterally and forward, I have not been treated differently than my male co-workers. In addition, support for LGBT+ is outstanding."
