"Great company to work for as a woman. I have had many opportunities to move up. I feel that we are doing great work for patients. We all work very hard but are also compensated well."

"There is no shortage of good and exciting work, so people can have trouble managing workload. So I'd suggest being clear on your boundaries and self-advocate. But I find it to be very flexible so you can balance what you need to do."

"Compensation is fair and the managers I've had are invested in me. Work life balance depends largely on department as does the number of women you'll be working with. "
