"This is a great place to work overall but there are still serious culture challenges. Stay positive and in tight communication with your manager to be successful. Their is a strange corp culture around promotions but you can make it happen if you drive your own career and use the resources available to you. "

"Be cautious, it is totally dependent on the team and where you work on whether they are 'women' friendly or not. I have had several incidents happen at work that I felt I had to report. After having working at many other companies, I feel this is the most biased company I have worked for. Including having to fight for promotions, leave roles due to poor supervisor behavior and getting promoted without pay increase. I feel that the Affinity groups and training for employees is great but, isn't followed up on the local level by leadership."
