"Many teams allow flexible schedules and especially in Michigan many teams are able to work from home on "Snow Days." We all value our work/life balance at GM. I know some orgs have more or less flexibility, but I've never felt like I *had* to work 10-12 hour days. But, sometimes I do, but on my terms. "
