"Hanover is a great company to work for. Like most places the percentage of women in leadership positions is less than ideal but over the last few years Hanover has invested a lot of resources into its Inclusion & Diversity strategy. I believe the board and the senior leadership team are taking the necessary steps to move in the right direction including being more open to flexible work arrangements, rolling out unconscious bias training for the whole company, etc. I feel supported by my manager, leadership and the company in my day to day work as well as in pursuing activities to help make Hanover an even better place for women and men of all types. Can't ask for much more than that!"
