"It can depend on the team/area you work in. The culture that leadership drives is definitely positive and promotes gender equality. Because of the traditional history of Hanover and where many people have worked here for decades, you can run into people who aren't as progressive. The Hanover is working hard to change that, over the past five or so years, and ultimately is making significant progress in that regard. "

"The Hanover is committed to the promise of Inclusion & Diversity in our workforce. Additionally, as a working mom, The Hanover also provides the flexibility needed to care for my family, whenever/wherever, no questions asked. Here, I never have to feel that my kids are second to my career."
