"Hanover genuinely cares about its employees and has an excellent culture. Although there are less women in senior leadership positions, I believe Hanover cares about DEI and is working to take steps in the right direction. As always, you should be your own best advocate in the workplace. Hanover is not always competitive when it comes to pay, but it does make up for that in culture and work-life balance. "

"I definitely would recommend since I have been here for 6 years so far, there is so much oppurtunity here especially for women and the company is gorwing and has become very inclusive despite of us temporarily being remote."

"If you're not happy where you are, transfer to another department. Don't get stuck in the trap I'm in, where I feel like I'm stuck and can't move on. I'm normally a happy, upbeat person, but this job is sucking the life out of me and I know it's because of a terrible manager. "
