"Hanover is a great place to work. Leadership listens to employees and takes action to keep it a great place to work. The company has been overwhelmingly positive and flexible throughout the pandemic and has invested in many technological developments to allow employees to continue to communicate and collaborate well. The company takes inclusion and diversity very seriously, and welcomes feedback and input regularly in these respects. Employees are encouraged to explore opportunities for personal and professional growth through optional wellness programs, webinars, and on-demand learning programs. "
