"Great place to work if you want remote options and balance for those with a family. It's hard to get promoted to the next level since it's such a big org and compensation isn't as competitive as it used to be...especially in comparison to other SF tech companies. "

"HashiCorp puts the money where the mouth is when it comes to building an inclusive organization. You see this in daily interactions and in tenured or new employees."

"It's tough to get ahead as a woman in management. HashiCorp has removed a lot of the bullshit so that women can (and do) succeed. Would I like to see more women at the very top? Yes. Do I plan to do something about that myself? Every day. And they support my efforts not only on my own behalf but they listen when I take up the cause of others. I can't think of a better tech environment for women. You should join us."

"Ensure you enjoy the leadership style of the department you'll be working for. Read through the principles and ensure you call out when people are not meeting them."
