It's tough to get ahead as a woman in management. HashiCorp has removed a lot of the bullshit so that women can (and do) succeed. Would I like to see more women at the very top? Yes. Do I plan to do something about that myself? Every day. And they support my efforts not only on my own behalf but they listen when I take up the cause of others. I can't think of a better tech environment for women. You should join us.

    My management never asks me where I am when I need to be away from my work because they know my work is good and they trust me. If I'm picking up my kid, going to the Doctor or taking a week off just to catch up with my friends, they know I have my work covered. And I have capable colleagues who can step in for me if needed.
