"HDR strives to be an inclusive, diverse company for all people. Being an employee owned company, we all have the ability to make changes for the best in our work place. There are more women in management and engineering positions than I've seen in past companies I've worked at. There is great support for advancement here. "

"It is a very sexist organization and women in leadership are non-existent. When complaints are reported to management, the response is the culture of the company is old school and they are good old boys. Get with the times. "

"You have to be your own advocate. I am very vocal when I see an issue or want to change a process. I have found my managers are willing to listen and accomodate requests. But I have to initiate discussions for change of my role or project responsibiliites."

"Again it really depends on which office you are located in. Management let’s individual regions set their own policies which means some regions are great and some are not."
